DOXcanner (“the App”) is a document scanner designed with privacy as the default. This policy describes what data the App processes, where it lives, and where it is transmitted. The English version below is authoritative; a Korean translation follows.

3. No operator backend
The App has no backend server operated by us. There is no path by which we can collect, view, or store your data.

Images themselves are never transmitted. Only OCR’d text is sent to Anthropic.
5. How to delete your data
- Per item: Delete a history entry to remove the original image, text, and results together.
- All data: Deleting the App causes iOS to remove the entire sandbox, including the Keychain entry for your API key.
6. Retention
- We retain nothing — there is no server.
- On-device data is retained until you delete it.
- Anthropic’s retention is governed by Anthropic’s terms and your account settings.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we collect no data from any user.
8. Rights of residents of Korea, the EU, and the United States
- We hold no user data, so there is nothing to access, correct, port, or delete from us.
- Rights regarding data sent to Anthropic are governed by Anthropic’s terms.
- The same principles apply under Korea’s PIPA, the EU GDPR, and California’s CCPA / CPRA.
9. Changes
We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Material changes may also be announced in-app.

3. 자체 서버
이 앱은 운영자가 제공하는 백엔드 서버를 두지 않습니다. 사용자 데이터를 운영자가 직접 수집·저장·열람할 수 있는 경로는 없습니다.

이미지 자체는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. Anthropic으로는 OCR된 텍스트만 전송됩니다.
5. 사용자가 데이터를 직접 삭제하는 방법
- 개별 결과: 앱 내 히스토리에서 항목을 삭제하면 원본 이미지·텍스트·결과가 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 전체 삭제: 앱을 삭제하면 iOS가 샌드박스를 전부 제거합니다 (Keychain의 API 키 포함).
6. 데이터 보관 기간
- 운영자는 보관하지 않습니다 (서버 없음).
- 기기 내부 데이터는 사용자가 명시적으로 삭제하기 전까지 보관됩니다.
- Anthropic의 보관 정책은 Anthropic의 약관과 사용자의 계정 설정에 따릅니다.
7. 아동
이 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어떤 데이터도 운영자가 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 한국·EU·미국 거주자의 권리
- 운영자가 보유한 사용자 데이터는 없으므로 별도의 열람·정정·삭제·이동 청구 대상이 없습니다.
- Anthropic으로 전송된 데이터에 대한 권리는 Anthropic 약관을 따릅니다.
- 한국 「개인정보 보호법」, EU GDPR, 캘리포니아 CCPA / CPRA 모두 위 원칙이 동일하게 적용됩니다.
9. 변경
방침이 변경되면 본 페이지 상단의 “마지막 갱신” 일자를 업데이트합니다. 중대한 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 함께 게시할 수 있습니다.
